Hannah Wangui Githuku Partner

Hannah is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya following her admission to the bar in the year 2010. She is also a Commissioner of Oaths. She has been a practicing Advocate for the last 13 years. She is the Partner in charge of Legal Research, Conveyancing and Commercial Department. She is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She is a Tax Agent. She holds a Masters Degree in International Studies from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelors of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and one in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management.

Hannah has experience in, Commercial matters, Conveyancing matters, Civil and Criminal litigation; she is well versed with preparation and reviews of Agreements for Sale, Leases, Transfers, Charges, Discharges of Charge, Chattel Mortgages, Debentures and Registration of Documents in the respective registries and general Bank Securities. She is well versed with working for the Boards and duties undertaken which include: preparation of resolutions, taking minutes, preparation of the Board meetings agenda, preparation of reports, legal opinions, and developing action plans for the Board. In the Commercial law sphere, Hannah has gained experience over the years in incorporation of companies, societies, trusts and Commercial Litigation.

In  Conveyancing, she is listed as one of the top 100 lawyers in Real Estate and Finance Law. She is well versed with matters of land including Transfers and charging of land

She is also well versed with International matters including International Law, hence the firms consultant on International issues.

When not at work, Hannah spends her time with friends in her social circles and relatives. She also undertakes curricular activities that include swimming, local and international tourism.
