Dianah Wanjeri Githuku Partner

Dianah is a Partner with the firm. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having attained her Bachelors of Law Degree from Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She has been practicing as an Advocate for the last 12 years. Dianah is also a Tax Agent, she is a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She is the Partner in charge of Litigation, Consultancy, Taxation and Legal Audit Department.

Dianah is a Commissioner of Oaths, Patent Agent, Notary Public and a Tax Agent. She has been in active practice since her admission to the Bar. She has previously worked in various law firms where she gained experience in litigation matters and in commercial matters. She was later engaged by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) attached to the legal department. Whilst there, she prosecuted cases on behalf of KRA in commercial, constitutional, Judicial Review and Tax Appeal Tribunal. Hence acquiring vast knowledge and experience in not only litigation but taxation matters.

Dianah has vast training in negotiation, drafting and management contract, oil and gas contracting and trial advocacy skills. She is also currently pursuing her Masters in Leadership and Governance.

During her free time, Dianah involves herself in curricular activities that include playing golf, local and international tourism and farming activities. Dianah’s main areas of specialization include:
